Returns Policy

Should you wish to return a product, you have 14 days from date of delivery to contact us.

  • Socks eligible for exchange or refund must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original packaging in good condition when received.
  • We do not pay return postage and it is up to you to return the goods with all the contents and instructions in a re-saleable condition.
  • Goods returned incomplete or with torn or damaged suppliers packing will be returned to you and postage charged.

We recommend you send the goods by recorded delivery and we accept no liability for goods posted by you but not received by us. Please include a note of your order number and invoice number.

If you are swapping a product for an item of greater value, we will need to charge the difference, please email us in the first instance stating your order number – bull@bullsocks.com.

Delivery Refunds

If you are returning products, you will receive a full refund on receipt of re-saleable goods, as mentioned above. We reserve the right not to refund any associated postage charges with the original sale.

Returns of Free Delivery Items

If you chose to return items that were initially sent via any of our free delivery services (due to the value of the original order qualifying for free delivery), we reserve the right to deduct the postage amount from any refunds if the amount remaining is less than the minimum order value for free delivery.
