Product and Item Colours – We try to reproduce colours of products on this site as accurately as possible. However due to the diverse types of internet browsers, screens, and individual PC settings, colours displayed on the screen may be different to the actual item.
This website is offered as a free service to you. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all the terms of use contained in this document and the Privacy Policy.
Placing Your Order
You may place your order online. These terms and conditions apply to any method we offer of placing your order.
If you have given a valid email address, you will be sent a confirmation of your ordered products and delivery address directly after ordering. Please review this information paying careful attention to details, colours or other specific options you have specified.
Also verify the delivery address you have entered is valid. Notify us by phone or email immediately if you notice an error, as we can only edit these details before your order has been processed.
In some cases backordered items maybe charged for prior to shipping.
We accept no liability for any other costs what so ever that may arise as a result of purchasing or using products we have supplied.
Furthermore we accept no liability for any damage(s) or additional costs that may occur as a result of using any of our products.
All products advertised for sale online are subject to availability. Your payment method will be debited at time of ordering regardless of current stock availability. This ensures that the stock can be allocated to an authorised transaction once available. We reserve the right to remove, amend or modify any product, description or price at any time.
All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are returning a product please contact us in advance.
Errors and omissions excepted, we reserve the right to supply an alternative product if an item is no longer available.
Debit/Credit Cards
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card has on file for you – this will ensure no delays in processing your order.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
PayPal
Pay for your item in just a few clicks with PayPal, a leader in secure online payments. No PayPal account required. If you have one already, check out quickly – no need to enter your debit or credit card details.
Other Payment Methods
For security reasons we do not accept COD (cash on delivery), company cheque, personal cheque, Postal Orders or any other method not listed here.
Payment
We accept credit card payments by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Amex, Solo, Visa, Electron and Maestro. You may also pay using your PayPal (only if you are a verified paypal member) account, for orders up to £50 in value. We cannot accept Cheques or Postal Orders.
IMPORTANT! – YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS ON THIS WEB SITE IN BRITISH POUNDS. YOUR CARD PROVIDER WILL CONVERT THE CHARGE TO YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY AT THEIR CONVERSION RATES WHICH MAY DIFFER FROM CURRENT MARKET EXCHANGE RATES.
We also reserve the right to not supply any order and refund any payments.
Credit Card Security
We know of NO documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption. All credit card transactions whether online or over the phone are processed using secure methods.
Credit card sales are extremely important to us, so at no time would we compromise your security. The system we use has the approval of our credit card processor namely PayPal UK (http://www.paypal.co.uk/).
International orders are subject to further verification with the card issuing bank. It is our policy to report all instances of credit card fraud to the relevant authorities.
Canceling Your Order
You may, of course, cancel your order at anytime prior to dispatch except in the case of special order/made to order items that have been specially produced. Whilst we cannot guarantee at what point such an order will be produced, we can only advise you to email us as early as possible to enable the best chance of cancelling an order before it is too late.
To cancel your order you must email us straight away. We will confirm by return and your order amended accordingly.
Delivery
We dispatch your order as soon as possible (excludes Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) but can also not guarantee order lead times stated for orders placed after 2pm on a weekday, or anytime at weekends.
Our estimated maximum waiting time for delivery of stock items is within two to ten working days from the date the order was placed. Please allow longer for special order products. Refer to item description for further details.
Most goods, though not all, are sent by Royal Mail Delivery. Some of these are also sent by recorded or special delivery. If no one is at home to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note advising how to get your parcel.
As when ordering anything online or by phone that requires delivery, you must take responsibility for accepting the delivery. For example, should an item require signing for or be too large to fit through your letterbox; if you are not in to accept delivery then your delivery may be taken back to a local sorting office or courier company storage hub. In this instance, you are likely to be required to arrange collection of your delivery yourself. Should any part of your order or delivery be returned because you could not accept it, or failed to collect during the timescale permitted by the appropriate delivery company; then you may be liable for a re-delivery charge as the order is likely to be returned to us, or our suppliers.
Please remember, it is not possible for us to guarantee delivery time or date. The delivery person will not be authorised by us to leave at any alternative address (or location) other than that specified on your order. For example, it is unlikely a driver will be able to act upon “leave next door” or “leave in shed” notes if a signature is required as of course, this would not offer a secure proof of delivery.
If you are worried that you will not be able to accept delivery at your usual home or invoice address, we suggest you specify an alternative address for delivery. In most cases this will be accepted for orders under £100.00 in value; subject to a full credit/debit card data match, (eg: you must specify the correct card holder / invoice address and postcode, CVN number and a landline phone number for cardholder address).

We Offer
- Next Day – This is Royal Mail Special Delivery which will arrive next day by 1pm.
- Standard Delivery – £4.25 for small parcels / £5.25 for larger parcels. 90% of these parcels arrive next day but it is not guaranteed.
- Economy Delivery – £3.25 for small parcels / £4.95 for larger parcels. Takes 2-4 days by Royal Mail Second Class Delivery.
- Free Shipping – Orders over £30 can be sent free of charge by Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery with low priority despatch (1-2 days) and take up to 7 days to arrive with you.

If Your Order Is Delayed
If parts of, or your complete order is unlikely to be delivered within 10 working days of your order being received we will do our best to either email and let you know or update your tracking information.
However, as we may not always be aware you are still waiting for delivery please reply to the email you where sent after ordering (which will contain details of your order and reference code etc.) explaining exactly what you are still waiting for. We will then look into the delay as a matter of priority.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
We would never pretend things won’t ever go wrong. When they do, we ask you to give us the opportunity to put them right.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please call or email us within 48 working hours to let us know. We will then either ask you to post back the product or arrange to collect it from your address. Once received, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Tax Charges
20% VAT is included in all prices. Please note we do not have any facility to accommodate delivery to VAT exempt addresses, including the appropriate pricing/tax amendments.
Jurisdiction
This site is controlled and operated from England. The terms and conditions of this site and any dispute about them or in relation to this site shall be governed by and subject to English Law. In the event that a dispute arises out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the use of or access to this site, such dispute shall be subject to the exclusivity of the English Court
